Challenge your body as God challenges you in life.
Listen to God as you set a goal for the week, whether spiritual, physical or psychological.
Set a new target each week to get to know God and yourself more fully.

ABUNDANT LIFE

Jesus said, "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." (John 10:10b)

"More abundantly" means to have a superabundance of something. "Abundant life" means life in its abounding fullness of joy and strength for mind, body, and soul.

WARM UP – Get ready to work mind and body. Fix the focus on God as you would at the start of your day.

AEROBICS – Exercise and rejoice with your body.

BUILD STRENGTH - This is what makes your exercise holy, and loving, It is the prayer that your expenditure of energy will lead to an increased readiness to expend ourselves in sacrifice to others. Be strong in mind, heart and body.

STRETCH AND MEDITATE – Reflect on God in the centre of your body: What Is God saying to you today?
